Tow Truck Driver/Operator

Tow Truck Driver Duties: - Respond to service calls and provide towing assistance to stranded motorists - Load and unload vehicles onto tow trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques - Safely transport vehicles to designated locations - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle needs - Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork - Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any damages or issues - Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies Qualifications: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role is preferred - Ability to operate a forklift is a plus - Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations - Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions Join our team as a Tow Truck Driver and help us provide reliable towing services to our valued customers.
