Licensing Compliance Coordinator I

Job Summary Responsible for collecting, preparing, and maintaining license data and documentation to comply with state and federal laws and regulations related to drug and medical device distribution. Provide daily support for collecting and maintaining customer and vendor licenses and/or assist with preparation of facility regulatory licensing applications Job Description Major Responsibilities Enter and maintain data in various systems. Collect data, materials, documentation to support regulatory compliance. Review data and documentation to ensure accuracy. Maintain consistent conventions related to data and document retention. Search online databases, websites, and other resources to verify data. Communicate via email and phone with internal and external customers on data and documentation requirements. Document issues and resolutions using Medline’s database and communication platforms. Troubleshoot issues by reviewing data, systems (SAP), and documentation. Minimum Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Work Experience Experience entering data into databases. Customer service experience preferred. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Basic level skill in MS Excel and experience with MS Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The anticipated salary range for this position: $22.00 - $30.75 Hourly This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
