This role focuses on applying proven change management methodologies and solutions to address the human factors that impact the organization’s ability to achieve its strategic goals.The OCM Analyst will leverage industry-standard tools and frameworks to guide the development of a future-state organizational design, ensuring alignment across people, processes, and culture. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to drive adoption, enhance engagement, and enable sustainable transformation.This is a fully remote position.Primary Responsibilities:Assess OCM and operational readinessFacilitate virtual and face-to-face meetings with government clients and lead co-ordination/collaboration from various business unitsAttend and participate in meetings with many different client stakeholder groupsIdentify and formulate organizational target state requirements from written materials and verbal interactions with stakeholdersIdentify and document organizational design challenges, obstacles, and decisions, and provide rationale and recommendations to help address resistance to changeDevelop and execute communication plansDefine approaches for developing a permanent organizational resiliency and change capacity within differing organizational units and approaches for transitioning key change management responsibilities and activities to themApply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for changeDefine activities to support change and transition initiativesDevelop and deploy user adoption/training programs around our technology solutionWork directly with the client and end user to affect changeServe as a trusted advisor to our customers both internal and externaTest and review all deliverables to ensure quality and complianceBe the teammate everyone wants on their team and take ownership in making our company the best place to workMinimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, or related field5+ years of experience in management consulting, change management or organizational/business transformation in consulting or industry roleAbility to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with team members and stakeholdersEffectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clientsExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal skillsOCM experience with system and/or IT implementation.
