Warehouse Lead

Warehouse Lead (1st Shift) ($20-$22/hr.) We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee operations and ensure the smooth running of our warehouse. This role requires flexibility, with a typical schedule from 5:00am to 1:00pm. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for training operators, maintaining production quality, and communicating procedural changes. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. We also offer a weekly perfect attendance bonus of $2.00/hr. Apply Today!ResponsibilitiesEnsure operators are properly trained and informed of their responsibilities.Monitor adherence to production and quality procedures as per the manuals.Communicate any procedural changes to employees.Notify supervisors of irregularities and assist in containment and rework of products.Identify and record problems related to the product, process, and quality system.Ensure production does not resume until the Quality Department verifies corrective actions.Assist in determining and implementing corrective actions.Follow and enforce Quality Alerts and shift-to-shift production communications.Ensure component labels are present at each basket.Conduct employee performance evaluations with supervisor's input and approval.Assist with employee disciplinary actions.Schedule meetings with line operators to inform them of changes in company procedures or policies.Review current processes or areas of improvement with line operators.Why Work Here?Join a family-owned company with a warm, inclusive culture where HR knows each employee personally.
