To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What you'll be doing As an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Senior Analyst, you’ll be responsible for ensuring CIBC's technology asset lifecycle for Hardware, Software and Cloud is followed in accordance with CIBC IT Governance and Operations. This includes ensuring IT Asset data is maintained and provides quality assurance of the U.S. Regions inventory of IT Assets. Additionally, in alignment with CIBC Enterprise policies and controls, that the U.S. Region adopts industry good practices for the management of IT Assets. You’ll be joining the ITAM team within CIBC’s US Technical Operations organization. You will be a subject matter expert on ITAM practices, and provide advisory to project and operational teams. You will foster ideation and impact our digital and agile transformation by enhancing our clients’ banking experience. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote How You’ll Succeed Leadership Skills: Act as the ITAM SME and provide advisory and expertise to ensure the U.S. ITAM Program is on track to meet objectives. Support other team members by sharing knowledge, collaborating and problem solving. Strong Communication Skills: You are a strong written/verbal communicator who is willing to speak up to ensure clear communication channels with team members and other teams. You are able to clearly communicate with different team members and teams while also being able to communicate to executive leadership when required. Technological Expertise: You are able to demonstrate a strong technical experience in IT Asset Management practices. Utilizing your skillset in a technical leadership capacity to drive progress and provide resolution to any issues that may arise. Who You Are You can demonstrate experience in. ITAM (2-4 years) within large enterprise environments and possess practical working knowledge of IT Asset management decisions, applications and implementation. Management across the IT Asset Lifecycle in an Enterprise Corporation, Financial organization, Banking Industry or Healthcare is desirable. You have an experience with ServiceNow Hardware and Software Asset Management capabilities (HAM/SAM Pro) and configurations as well as developing and implementing ITAM Continual Service Improvement opportunities. You can assess, and remediate ITAM issues as mandated by regulatory examinations and planned mitigation activities. In addition to this you have an experience with ITAM Process Design, Industry/Regulatory Frameworks for ITAM, and with developing advanced reporting capabilities for ITAM process CSFs, KPIs and operational/performance metrics. You are a certified processional. You have a degree in Computer Science, Programming, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience and at least one certification. (Certifications: ITILv4 Foundation, ITILv4 ITAM Practice Manager, CAMP, CHAMP or CSAM preferred) You're driven by collective success.
