We provide a safe, structured, and engaging in-person environment where students can thrive socially and academically, while parents gain peace of mind. At the heart of each pod is a KaiPod Learning Coach.Position OverviewThe Lead Learning Coach is the central hub of a two-person pod. This role is responsible for the overall success of the site—academically, operationally, and relationally—while working in close partnership with a Learning Coach. This is not about hierarchy. It’s about clear ownership.Lead Learning Coaches create learning spaces where students are safe, supported, focused, and excited to learn.
