Day-to-day tasks include serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing onboarding and ongoing support, and coordinating with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly. The Client Manager will monitor account performance, prepare regular updates and reports, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services. This role also involves scheduling and leading client meetings, capturing feedback, and translating client objectives into actionable plans. The Client Manager is expected to maintain accurate documentation, follow established processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of client service standards.Qualifications Strong client relationship management and account coordination skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted contact for multiple clients.Proficiency in communication, including clear business writing, effective verbal communication, and confident meeting facilitation.Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and resolve client issues efficiently.Experience working cross-functionally with operations, sales, and support teams to deliver consistent, high-quality client service.Comfort with using CRM or client management software, basic data analysis for client reporting, and standard office productivity tools.Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment, adapt to changing client needs, and maintain professionalism under pressure.Prior experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
