Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionPosition Overview: The Specialist, Advisor Marketing is responsible for executing and supporting the systems, tools, and resources that enable Blue Trust advisors and branches to effectively market their practices in alignment with the firm’s brand, strategy, and compliance standards.This role serves as the operational bridge between National Marketing and the field, helping adapt national campaigns and storytelling into practical, easy-to-use resources that support consistent client experiences and local activation within defined guardrails.This role focuses on building, organizing, and executing advisor marketing programs, ensuring resources are accessible, adopted, and continuously improved based on advisor feedback.This role is accountable for ensuring advisor marketing resources are organized, accessible, and consistently used across the field.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented, with a strong ability to manage projects and support program execution in a scalable way.Principal Accountabilities:Advisor Activation & Program ExecutionBuild, organize, and maintain advisor marketing toolkits, templates, and resourcesHelp build and maintain advisor marketing playbooksEnsure materials are current, accessible, and easy for advisors to useOwn the day-to-day execution and coordination of advisor marketing programsContinuously improve resources to make advisor marketing simple, clear, and easy to executeAdoption & Enablement SupportSupport rollout of advisor marketing resources and campaignsAssist in creating guides, tutorials, and onboarding materialsExecute adoption efforts and track usage, surfacing insights and opportunities for improvement to marketing leadershipMaintain structured feedback loops from advisorsCampaign Localization SupportAdapt national campaigns into advisor-ready materials within defined guardrailsCoordinate distribution and timing of campaign resourcesSupport standardized event and campaign frameworksAdvisor Platforms and Resource ManagementSupport advisor-facing platforms and ensure resources are organized and up to dateCoordinate with Marketing Technology and vendors on updates and improvementsHelp manage templates, assets, and usage trackingContribute to reducing ad-hoc requests through strong self-service toolsCross-Functional SupportPartner with internal teams to ensure alignment across campaigns, content, and eventsShare advisor feedback and insights with marketing leadershipApproaches work, interactions and relationships in a manner consistent with the Company’s Core ValuesUnderstands the counsel and biblical basis upon which Blue Trust serves its client base. Maintains the highest Compliance standards by adhering to the company's Human Resources guidelines, Compliance policies and procedures, professional designation standards, and industry's regulatory standards to mitigate risk to the companyMeasurement of Success:Increased advisor adoption of marketing tools and resourcesReduction in ad-hoc marketing requestsConsistent brand representation across advisor-led marketingPositive advisor feedback on usability and effectivenessEffective localization of national campaigns within defined guardrailsRequirementsStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep programs moving forwardClear and effective communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to build, organize, and maintain tools, templates, and resources with attention to detailWorking knowledge of marketing platforms and tools (social, email, DAM) or ability to learn quicklyStrong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, service-oriented mindsetProblem-solving ability with a proactive, “figure it out” approachHigh attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of moving piecesStrong desire to support and serve advisor teams with excellenceGrowth mindset with a willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop over time Education, Experience & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) required1–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, program coordination, or related rolesExperience supporting or working within a distributed team, sales organization, or client-facing environment is a plusExposure to marketing campaigns, templates, or content execution preferredExperience working with or coordinating vendors is a plusStrong interest in marketing operations, advisor enablement, or program executionDemonstrated ability to take initiative and follow through on projectsTravel Requirements:Periodic travel (10–15%) to support advisor training, branch workshops, and key firm initiatives. Travel should directly support enablement objectives and be approved in advance.
