Our team takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and technical proficiency to meet the unique needs of every customer.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Heating and Air Conditioning Service Technician based in Columbus, IN. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of heating and cooling systems. The technician will occasionally when demand is low, or if shceuling requires to do, or assist on installation, and in our fabrication shop where we produce high quality sheet metal transitions to suppliers as well as customer projects, and chimmney toppers. The Technician will ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs, identifying and resolving system issues, and providing professional support for HVAC systems. Additional responsibilities may include conducting inspections, complying with all safety standards, and maintaining detailed service records.QualificationsProficient in Maintenance & Repair, Preventive Maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.A commitment to delivering exceptional service and achieving Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and diligence.Possession of EPA certification and familiarity with industry safety standards.Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hands-on and results-driven environment.Previous experience in HVAC maintenance and repair is preferred but not mandatory.High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in HVAC systems are advantageous.MUST PASS pre employment drug screening and back ground check.
