Job DetailsOur staffing agency is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician on behalf of one of our clients in the Fayetteville, Arkansas area. Our client is open to a wide range of experience levels and places a strong emphasis on personality, work ethic, and the ability to learn.The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for supporting day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure equipment, machinery, and facilities are running safely and efficiently. This role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude and a willingness to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of systems. While certain technical skills are preferred, our client is willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong desire to learn, takes direction well, and fits the team culture.As a Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with leadership and other maintenance team members to complete preventative maintenance, respond to repair needs, and assist with equipment upgrades or improvements. High-voltage exposure may be part of this role, so prior experience working with 460+ voltage systems is highly valued. Mechanical experience is required, but it does not need to be specialized-general mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience are sufficient, as additional skills can be taught.Basic HVAC knowledge is preferred, and candidates with welding experience will be strongly considered, as welding is a significant plus for this position. Plumbing experience is not required, but familiarity with plumbing systems can be beneficial.
