Project Manager

Job Description Salary: $135,000 - $175,000We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and contract compliance.You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, field staff, and subcontractors, ensuring strong coordination and clear communication across all phases of the project.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plansInterpret contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure complianceAssist with the preparation of coordinated scopes of work to eliminate trade gaps and overlapsManage procurement, subcontractors, and change ordersOversee RFIs, submittals, and project documentationMonitor project costs, forecasts, and financial performanceLead project meetings with owners, consultants, and trade partnersProvide daily site presence to ensure safety, quality, and progressManage project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and final billingCreate subcontractor SOVs, review and approve subcontractor billings.Create and manage owner billing process.Oversee and partner with all field staff including Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, and Project EngineersQualifications:Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field5+ years of project management experience (commercial, institutional, healthcare or public works preferred)Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administrationExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar toolsProven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Us:Opportunity to lead complex, high-impact projectsCollaborative team environment with strong support from leadershipClear path for growth and advancementCompetitive compensation and benefitsWhat We Offer:401K with matchingHealthcarePaid vacations and holidaysPerformance bonusAbout Us:We are a General Contractor with over 30 years of experience delivering complex public and institutional projects across K12, higher education, healthcare, and civic markets.
