Systems Engineer II

Overview As a Systems Engineer in Textron Systems’ Weapon Systems team, you will guide the design, integration, and deployment of complex military electronics. You work with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into robust requirements and architectures that meet performance, safety, and interoperability goals. You will shape system-level decisions, run trade analyses, and lead verification and validation activities to deliver cutting-edge defense technologies.
