Electronics Repair Technician
Key Requirements:At least 6+ months of soldering experience on printed circuit boards (PCBs).Experience with component-level electrical repair.Minimum of 2 years working as an electronics technician.Ability to pass a Technical Aptitude Test, if required.Knowledge of electronic circuits, components, and theory.Proficient in using test equipment.Skilled in soldering and desoldering.Capability to troubleshoot to the component level.Experience handling hard drives while following ESD standards.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Ability to work independently or with a team.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Proficient computer skills for data recording.Job Duties:Maintain, test, and repair electrical/electronic components.Diagnose and resolve component-level issues.Read and interpret schematics.Conduct advanced troubleshooting.Provide training and support to other technicians.Follow quality performance standards.Keep work area clean and organized.Follow warehouse safety rules.Perform other duties as assigned.Preferred Skills:Good time management.Willingness to learn and improve skills.Strong written and verbal communication.Education:Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent certification/experience.Physical Requirements:Work in a warehouse environment.Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.Stand and walk for long periods.Bend, push, pull, twist, and reach repetitively.
