Prestige Care - - Responsibilities: Provides direct resident care while promoting resident dignity, independence, and personal choice.; Regularly observes residents' physical and mental conditions and reports changes to health services leadership or Executive Director.; Administers resident medications and treatments according to scheduled times; following the medication administration policies, as assigned and delegated.; Serves meals in the dining room, including meal set up, service, assisting residents at mealtime, provides resident tray delivery, and assists with dining room and kitchen clean up and maintenance.; Attends and participates in training, in-services, and staff meetings. Completed all required training.
