In this role, you'll support production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems. What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician: Perform maintenance duties safely using approved safety equipment and PPETroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsPerform preventive maintenance (PMs) on production equipment and facilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to diagnose issuesPerform fabrication work including MIG/TIG welding, cutting, and machiningMaintain facility systems including plumbing and HVACAssist outside contractors with equipment installation and repairsWhat You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Role: High school diploma or GED required2 years of technical training plus 4 years of industrial maintenance experience OR 8 years of field experienceStrong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledgeAbility to read, write, and follow work instructions and blueprints in EnglishExperience operating power tools; welding experience requiredAbility to safely operate forklifts and scissor liftsFlexibility to participate in on-call rotation and train on day shift for 6–12 monthsAbility to safely perform job responsibilities and pass required screeningsWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay , access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire placement with long-term stability.
