The Staff Tax Accountant will handle tasks such as tax preparation and compliance, financial statement preparation, and other accounting duties. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients’ financial needs effectively.Salary RangeBased on experience level and certifications. QualificationsProficiency in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and knowledge of Tax laws and regulationsExperience in preparing accurate Financial Statements and other financial reportsStrong knowledge of Accounting principles and practicesExceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficiency in relevant accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar toolsAbility to manage deadlines and effectively support multiple small business clientsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA certification or progress toward certification is a plusEnrolled Agent Status is a plus Prior experience in business tax preparation is preferred
