Coverage Needed: Start Date: As soon as credentialed End Date: Ongoing Shift Times: Morning, Mid, and Night 10 hour shifts Clinical Information: Number of beds: 173 Census: 85 Daily admissions: 16.9 Normal acuity Follow up cases: Outpatient Required Procedures: Standard ED procedures Support Staff: Nursing, APP's Average patient census: 89 Standard ER patients Annual ER admissions: 3240 Required: Flexibility in Schedule: Provider MUST be willing to work day AND night shifts Provider MUST be willing to work weekdays AND weekends DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Board Requirements: ABEM/AOBEM or non-ABEM with EM experience Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role Active KY License Temps available with clean files Will accept new grads Case logs
