Job DescriptionThe Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Maintenance Planner for our Butler Mill Services location in Butler, IN. The Maintenance Planner supports the maintenance department by managing parts inventory, planning and scheduling mobile equipment and plant maintenance activitiesPay: $24.00-30.00 (based on experience)Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pmBenefitsCompetitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Prescription, 401(K) with 3% Employer Contribution, Long- and Short-term DisabilityTuition Reimbursement for qualified skilled trade programsStudent Loan Repayment ProgramEmployee Referral ProgramResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance Planner:Works closely with site management and lead mechanic to set priorities, develop and adjust as needed weekly, monthly and annual plans for scheduled mobile equipment and plant maintenanceOrders and receives parts using Oracle iProcurementOpens and closes work orders in eAMCreates and tracks assets in eAMReconciles plant and mobile equipment maintenance assetsGenerates work packages, including work instructions, for all work orders on the weekly scheduleAssembles kits and stages parts for scheduled work ordersEnsures that emergency parts are expeditedAssists with the development of PM schedulingTracks completion of work and updates key stakeholders on status of maintenance scheduleEstablishes and maintains a storeroom and sub-inventories in eAMSends rebuildable items out for repair and tracks progressOperates telehandler of forklift to load or offload parts and componentsMaintains physical cleanliness and organization of storeroomCoordinates activities and schedules related to the use of service vendorsReceives data from outside vendors and internal experts, and adjusts the maintenance plan accordinglyTracks data for maintenance reporting and budgetingRuns and analyzes eAM reportsDevelops and maintains ad hoc reporting as requiredAssists with organizing and facilitating problem solving teamsPerforms other projects as assigned by supervisionSkillsThe ideal candidate will have:High school diploma or equivalentEquipment maintenance experienceStrong analytical skills with knowledge of data analysis tools and reportingKnowledge of computerized maintenance system a plusComputer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office productsAbility to operate forklift or telehandlerValid operator’s license with a good driving recordTo ApplyPlease submit a resume.
