Create positive experiences, in every interaction, that empower and drive growth. Demonstrate a high level of personal accountability and integrity in resolving demonstrator concerns; adhere to company and demonstrator support policies and standards. Provide friendly and professional customer service on inbound calls in English and French while maintaining required call center metrics for productivity, quality service, and incident tracking. Give accurate and complete information to demonstrators by maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of current company happenings; these include the demonstrator compensation plan, current products, sales promotions, events, and more. Willingly support department and company in special projects when necessary. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in both English and French. Able to sit for long periods of time. Previous call center and/or customer service experience preferred.
