Heat Treat Processor - 1st shift - Grenada

Job DescriptionThe Heat Treat Processor will ensure the correct products are being processed through build up and break down and that production goals are met, complete all associated paperwork, and will assist the production areas in various tasks including sorting, counting, 6S activities, replenishing supplies, organizing stock, cleaning equipment, and other assignments. May serve as a backup to other positions at the direction of management; other duties as assigned.Duties And Responsibilities – Build UpDistribute blades and cassettes to and from buildup personnelCommunicate with scheduler / Ipsen tech to ensure correct blades are availableTrack daily production on shift reportPerform work per work instructions and area metricsKeep work area clean and organizedInform proper personnel of material shortage Train others in areaAdhere to all safety requirements in the work area Practice 5Ss Duties And Responsibilities – Break DownPull samples from each load per sampling plan, document, and deliver to quality labTrack daily production via weigh scale and fill out load and shift reportsDistribute materials to and from breakdown personnelPerform work per work instructions and area metricsKeep work area clean and organizedInform proper personnel of material shortage Train others in areaAdhere to all safety requirements in the work area Practice 5Ss Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesUnderstand and follow verbal and written instructionsBasic math skillsWork well with othersEducation And Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMilwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.
