Licensed Subcontractor (Hiring Immediately)

*Job Title: *Contractor, Shower and Bath Installer *Location: *Pendleton OR *Job Description:* We are seeking a skilled and reliable *Shower and Bath Installer Subcontractor *to join our team. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for the installation of showers and bathtubs in residential homes. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: · Install, bathtubs, showers, and associated plumbing fixtures, as well as complete repairs and Service Orders. · Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing during installations to prevent future damage or leaks. · Accurately measure, cut, and fit shower walls, bathtubs, and other components to specifications. · Inspect job sites and assess requirements for installation, ensuring all necessary tools, materials, and equipment are available. · Collaborate with other subcontractors or team members as necessary to complete the project. · Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. · Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that the client's requirements and expectations are met or exceeded. · Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues or complications on-site. · Ensure compliance with all local codes, regulations, and safety guidelines. · Ensure that all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standard, meeting or exceeding quality expectations. Qualifications: · Proven experience as a shower and bath installer or in a similar role within the construction or remodeling industry. · Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, waterproofing techniques, and installation methods for showers and bathtubs. · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Strong time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines. · Reliable transportation and ability to bring own tools and equipment to job sites. · Strong communication and customer service skills. · Must be able to lift heavy materials and equipment when needed. · Valid contractor's license in the State of Oregon Reliable Truck and trailer/Van Proof of insurance, a COI is required (Certificate of Liability Insurance) Preferred: · Experience with custom or luxury bath and shower installations. · Additional certifications or training in plumbing, and bathroom remodeling. · Previous experience working in a subcontractor role.
