Microsoft Power Platform DeveloperClient OpportunityPay Rate: $50 – $70/hourWe are partnering with a federal client to bring on a Microsoft Power Platform Developer who can contribute to building and enhancing enterprise applications in a collaborative agile environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working across the full development lifecycle, and leveraging both traditional coding and low-code platforms to deliver scalable solutions.What You’ll DoWork closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams to turn business needs into functional applicationsDesign and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and DataverseCustomize and extend platform capabilities through integrations, APIs, and supporting code where neededContribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery of features in an agile settingValidate application performance through testing, debugging, and continuous improvement effortsInvestigate and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption and long-term stabilityProduce clear technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across the teamHelp maintain application security, data integrity, and alignment with compliance requirementsWhat You BringRequired Certification: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400 or higher)Experience developing applications using object-oriented programming (Java, C#, C++), with solid hands-on work in JavaBackground working with low-code platforms (such as Appian, Salesforce, or ServiceNow), with direct Microsoft Power Platform experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of relational databases and data structuresExperience designing data models and working with both standard and custom entitiesFamiliarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSSExperience working with APIs and data exchange formats such as REST, JSON, XML, or SOAPProven ability to operate effectively within agile teams and contribute across development, testing, and deliveryExperience using Git or similar tools for version control and collaborative developmentHands-on experience deploying or supporting Power Platform solutions in production environmentsLocationRemote role; however, candidates must be based in one of the following states due to employment requirements: Washington, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, South Carolina, or Texas.Work AuthorizationCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.Equal Employment OpportunityWe are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
