Ed-Tech Software Engineer AI-Accelerated Full-Stack Engineer (Replit / Cursor / Rapid Build Stack)

AAIA builds automation and AI systems for the education and government sectors. Our EdTech + GovTech division delivers secure, compliant, and scalable tools that power learning, analytics, and public service modernization. We’re hiring Senior AI Engineers who understand both technology and education systems deeply. About the Role You’ll architect, build, and deploy AI-powered platforms that serve real educators, administrators, and citizens. You’ll lead full-stack development with AI-assisted coding tools, driving projects from prototype to production at high speed. You’ll Architect, develop, and deploy AI/ML systems using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases. Build full-stack applications in Replit, Cursor, or similar AI IDEs (React / FastAPI / TypeScript / Python). Lead engineering on robust APIs, ML pipelines, and automation workflows. Make key technical decisions on stack, scalability, integration, and security (FERPA, COPPA, CMMC). Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX, and education experts to align tech with real classroom and agency needs. Mentor engineers and grow a high-performing AI product team. Manage CI/CD, MLOps, and production deployments (AWS, Kubernetes, or serverless). You’re a Fit If You Have 5+ years building and shipping AI or full-stack products at scale. Are fluent in Python, FastAPI/Flask, React, TypeScript, and cloud-native dev (AWS, Kubernetes). Have hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS). Understand education and government data ecosystems (LMS, SIS, Ed-Fi, LTI, open data). Can translate product vision into technical execution—fast, compliant, and maintainable. Thrive in high-autonomy environments with startup speed and enterprise rigor. Bonus Points For Prior experience in EdTech, GovTech, or AI SaaS platforms. Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM integration, or adaptive learning systems. Familiarity with NIST, SOC 2, or FERPA compliance frameworks. Certifications or experience in security-minded cloud architecture. Apply if you code fast, think in prompts, and know how AI should serve education and government systems—not just power them.
