As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and delivery drivers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience. *Duties* - Must be 21 years or older and have or be willing to get Alcohol Awareness card - Operate cash register to process transactions accurately - Greet customers and assist them with their restaurant purchases - Answering phone, taking pickup orders, and resolving any customer service issues - Bagging and handing off takeout and delivery orders - Brining food from ktichen to tables for dine-in customers and ensuring customer experience is great - Provide information on menu items and promotions - Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision - Maintain a clean and organized dining room - Restocking canned beverages - Perform opening and closing procedures - Upsell products to customers to increase sales - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly *Experience* - Looking for someone with a great attitude and the willingness to learn! - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with opening and closing procedures is a plus - Experience in hospitality industry is a plus - Available Shifts: 1) Closing shifts Saturday-Wednesday 2) Day shifts Tuesday-Friday Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Benefits: Food provided Shift: 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Night shift Shift availability: Night Shift (Preferred) Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Reno, NV 89501 (Required) Work Location: In person
