The selected candidate will manage the scheduling and dispatching of service technicians, ensuring efficient routing and timely service. Daily responsibilities include maintaining communication with customers and field staff to provide updates, handling service requests, tracking job progress, parts ordering and performing data entry tasks. The Dispatch Coordinator will also assist in troubleshooting customer concerns to facilitate optimal customer service and workflow operations.QualificationsProven experience in dispatching and an understanding of scheduling and route optimizationStrong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and technicians professionallyAbility to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in data entry with a high level of attention to detailProficiency in using scheduling or dispatch software is a plusStrong problem-solving abilities and ability to work collaboratively with a team
