Fortress Nutrition is actively hiring for a3 rdShift Liquid Batcherto work on our Beverage Canning Line team.The right candidate will have previous experience in liquid batching/blending (preferably in the food and beverage industry, not required), and have a stable work history with previous employers.Must be able to be accountable to the Company's need for overtime & weekend work as required.Training Schedule:FIRST SHIFT1st Shift - Monday-Friday; 4:00am-12:30pm, over-time and weekends required per production needsStandard Hours:THIRD SHIFT3 rdShift - Monday-Friday; 10:00pm-6:30am, over-time and weekends required per production needsJob Summary:Working as part of the Beverage Operations team, theLiquid Batcher is a dual role . The primary responsibilities will be working as aBatcher , pre-weighing, mixing, and blending raw materials to create beverage products following the client recipe. When batching is complete or not needed, you will work on the canning line with a team to operate high-speed equipment to create, produce, and package products to completion.What You'll Do:Obtain, pre-weigh, load and mix raw ingredients for each batch following the MMR (batch ticket) by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients to ensure resulting mixture meets specified consistencies and requirementsPull water samples from mixing and syrup tanks for testing of pH levelsReport any urgent quality, food safety incidents, or deviations immediately to the Operations Manager or Quality team for investigation and resolutionSet-up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain all high-speed canning line equipment, including packaging, filler, seamer, and shrink wrapper to ensure quality and efficiency of product outputAdhere to safe work practices, follow GMPs, and maintain sanitary conditions to ensure equipment and product quality is maintained at all timesProvide support as needed by working overtime to help operations and other shifts in staffing shortagesPerform all other duties as assigned by leadershipWhat We're Looking For:Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalentMust possessbasic math and conversion skillsthrough prior experience in a batching role (ex.
