Our client provides comprehensive services including primary care, advanced diagnostics, specialty care, urgent care, imaging, and home visits delivered by a multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-touch, patient-centered medicine.Salary/Hourly Rate:$160,000 – $190,000 annually, based on experiencePosition Overview:Our client is seeking experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their Neurology team at a new, state-of-the-art Los Angeles clinic opening in 2026. This is a founding team opportunity for clinicians passionate about preventive care, collaboration, and clinical excellence. The role involves delivering comprehensive adult care while working closely with physician leadership in a fast-growing, innovative healthcare environment.Responsibilities for Physician AssistantConduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic testingDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditionsDevelop, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plansPrescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic testsProvide preventive care, health education, and lifestyle counselingPerform clinical procedures including phlebotomy, IV insertion, vaccinations, and EKGsCollaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and specialty providers to ensure continuity of careMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentationParticipate in home visits on an as-needed basisAdhere to all ethical, legal, and professional practice standardsRequired Experience/Skills:Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licenseMinimum of 2 years of experience practicing PA-CBLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)Strong internal medicine knowledge and adult patient care experienceAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced settingFlexibility to provide occasional weekend coveragePreferred Experience/Skills:Background in Neurology, Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family MedicineExperience in preventive or concierge-style healthcare modelsComfort delivering high-touch, patient-centered careEducation Requirements:Graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or NP programBenefits:100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (effective date of hire)Concierge primary care membership for employees and dependentsFertility and family planning benefitsCompany-covered preventive health screenings through partner hospitalsWellness and fitness perks401(k) plan with 4% company match (after 6 months)Flexible Time OffContinuing Medical Education (CME) and CEU supportBenefitsIf eligible under the ACA, medical, dental and vision benefits and time off in accordance with local paid sick time laws will be offered.
