Such payment shall be made directly to the financial institution.\n\n\nMoving Allowance: Reimbursement for reasonable household moving expenses to the Saginaw Community.\n\n\nEducational Support: Educational support is provided while completing residency.\n\n\nComprehensive Benefits: Full benefits include life, health, dental, and vision for the physician and family.\n\n\nMalpractice Coverage: Premiums for malpractice insurance coverage are provided by Covenant HealthCare.\n\n\nPaid Time Off: 37 days of paid vacation, approved in advance by Director.\n\n\nAllowances: CME allowance and allowance for professional dues annually.\n\nJob/Practice Description:\nFull-time - Saginaw, MI\nOutpatient Internal Medicine Physician\nProvide direct primary medical care to all patients with the highest medical standards and ethics in a caring, nurturing atmosphere\nOutpatient practice settings with a robust employed hospitalist program in place\nSeveral subspecialists are part of the medical staff, including a number of surgical specialties, and pediatric subspecialties\n\nWork-Life Balance: Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.\n\nTypical schedule is 4.5 days per week, with 36 patient contact hours and 4 administrative hours.\nFlexibility for a 4-day work week may be available depending on other providers.\nBasic clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 8 AM - 4:30 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) and Friday 8 AM - 12 PM, though some variability exists based on clinic and provider needs.\nNo mandated Saturday or evening requirements at this time.\n\nCall Arrangement: Shared call arrangement with primary care colleagues (phone only).\n\n\nPatient Volume: Moving to a 15/30-minute schedule (from 20/40 minutes) with the ability to extend the time for patients known to take longer.\n\n\nSupport Staff: Each physician has one dedicated Medical Assistant (MA).
