Great Harvest NWI is looking for FOH (Front-of-House) andMTO (Made-to-Order) Area Leads to oversee our sandwich and salad operations and ensure our team delivers excellence in every order.As the Area Lead, you’ll work directly with the Assistant General Manager to manage daily operations, support and train team members, and uphold the quality, speed, and consistency that our guests expect.About UsWe’re a family-owned bakery cafe passionate about crafting fresh, made-to-order meals and baked goods.
