Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the office, handling various administrative tasks efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities: Manage and organize office files, documents, and records. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. Handle office supplies inventory and order as necessary. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
