Software Engineer

Position SummaryWe are seeking two Software Developers for an outstanding career opportunity in our Information Technology department. Our team is looking for a versatile individual to support various in-house developed applications as well as vendor-purchased solutions. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to our ongoing digital transformation, modernizing core business processes through a mix of traditional development and high-productivity platforms.Primary ResponsibilitiesInternal Application Development: Design, build, and maintain internal business applications with a focus on usability and process automation.ERP & Systems Support: Support and enhance core enterprise platforms (such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, or similar ERP environments) to ensure high availability and data integrity.Low-Code Solutions: Utilize rapid application development tools (similar to OutSystems or Mendix) to deliver high-impact digital solutions for HR, Finance, and Operations.System Integration: Support API-based integrations and automated workflows to streamline data exchanges between legacy systems and modern cloud-facing platforms.Stakeholder Collaboration: Elicit requirements and document user stories for new technology initiatives. Work closely with internal business units to prioritize features based on strategic value.Testing & Documentation: Perform unit testing and participate in quality assurance initiatives. Maintain technical documentation covering workflows, system configurations, and integration points.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.High level of initiative and professionalism with strong interpersonal communication skills.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of technical competency.Ability to work independently within a quickly changing environment and effectively prioritize tasks.Preferred QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Software Development, specifically within an enterprise environment.Technical Stack: Proficiency in SQL and tools such as C#, JavaScript, or Visual Studio.Low-Code/ERP: Experience with OutSystems development or the administration/customization of ERP platforms (PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar).Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a curiosity to adopt AI and automation to drive efficiency.Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $70,000 – $105,000 (Commensurate with experience).Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health/prescription drug coverage, dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and a company-funded retirement savings account.
