If you can handle a high-volume caseload and are looking to be on a winning team, please apply today.Responsibilities:Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordinglyResearch case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the caseRepresent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigationManage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretaryReview, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documentsQualifications:Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferredMembership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatoryThree years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is a necessityA bachelor's degree and a J.D. degree is requiredMust be computer proficientStrong Case Management System skills.
