Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Autism Care Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Oaklawn, IL. This is a hybrid position offering the flexibility of remote work while still providing hands-on, in-person support. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans. Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to behavior technicians. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and teams to promote meaningful outcomes. Collect and analyze data to guide clinical decisions and ensure treatment effectiveness. Complete documentation accurately and on time in compliance with insurance and company policies. Qualifications: Active BCBA certification. Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Passion for helping children and families affected by autism. What We Offer: Hourly rate: $65 – $85/hr based on experience.
