Factory Raw Material Admin/Supervisor/Manager\n\nTimpl has partnered with a leading 3PL logistics service provider offering\nintegrated solutions including air, ocean, and ground transportation,\nwarehousing & distribution, and customs clearance. And we are seeking a Factory\nRaw Material Admin/Supervisor/Manager\n\n\nResponsibilities\n \n * Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize raw material warehouse\n efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.\n * Oversee and manage all aspects of raw material warehouse operations, from\n receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.\n * Implement and enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a\n safe and healthy working environment.\n * Manage and supervise a team of raw material warehouse personnel, providing\n leadership, training, and performance evaluations.\n * Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate\n tracking and control of raw material stock levels.\n * Monitor and analyze raw material warehouse performance metrics, identifying\n areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.\n * Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in raw material warehouse\n technology and best practices.\n * Assist with inventory counts and audits, ensuring the accuracy of stock\n records.\n \n \n\nQualifications\n \n * Warehouse MHE experience preferred\n * Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.\n * Good written and verbal communication skills\n * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment\n * Ability to multi-task\n * Proficiency in MS Office Products\n \n \n\nShift E: Monday - Friday / Day Shift (8am : 5pm)\n\nBenefits (Full-Time ONLY)\n \n * Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance\n * Life, STD, LTD Insurance\n * 401(K) Plan\n * Paid Time Off\n * Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)\n * Years of Service Awards\n * Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)
