Join RCI and grow the future with us!AS AN IT SUPPORT SPECIALISTThe IT Support Specialist provides frontline technical support to employees across all company locations, serving as the first point of contact for IT-related issues. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems, escalating complex issues appropriately, and maintaining documentation to support efficient IT operations.ResponsibilitiesReceive, log, and prioritize incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systemTroubleshoot and resolve common hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices)Assist users with password resets, account lockouts, and basic access permissionsProvide support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and peripherals for new employeesCoordinate equipment deployment and retrieval for onboarding/offboardingPerform basic hardware diagnostics and coordinate warranty repairsMaintain inventory of IT equipment and suppliesTroubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (VPN, Wi-Fi, wired connections)Assist remote employees with connection problemsParticipate in rotating on-call schedule to provide after-hours supportQualificationsAssociate degree in IT or related field preferredCompTIA A+ or similar certification3+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support roleBasic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersCustomer service orientation with patience and professionalismCompensation / Benefits$50,000 annuallyMedical, Dental, Vision, Liability, and several more supplemental insurance options401K plan with partial match*Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, and Holidays*RCI is an Equal Employment Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.#INDHPEqual Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.#J-18808-Ljbffr
