Your focus will be on delivering successful, on-time execution while maintaining operational excellence and strategic alignment.Coordinate and execute KTLO initiatives across Infrastructure FoundationsPlan and manage AWS-to-DC migrations for cost optimization and infrastructure modernizationCoordinate platform upgrades requiring execution across multiple engineering teamsCreate and manage Jira tickets for tracking all work and dependenciesDevelop detailed execution runbooks, validation frameworks, and rollback proceduresManage federal Significant Change Request (SCR) process and compliance documentationProvide executive progress reporting and metrics trackingLead cross-functional coordination sessions and dependency mappingIdentify and mitigate risks proactively across all initiativesEnsure quality documentation and knowledge transferRequired Experience:5+ years of project management experience in infrastructure, operations, or platform environmentsProven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure migrations or platform upgrades independentlyStrong technical credibility with ability to communicate clearly with engineering teams and leadershipDeep understanding of cloud infrastructure, data center operations, and migration strategiesExperience with AWS cost optimization and infrastructure-as-code practicesDemonstrated ability to identify and resolve operational risks proactivelyExperience managing federal Significant Change Request (SCR) processes and compliance requirementsExperience building and maintaining relationships across distributed technical teamsProficiency with Jira, ticket tracking systems, and project management toolsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or related fieldCritical Competencies:Execution excellence with strategic thinkingProactive problem-solving and decision-makingOutstanding communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to manage complex dependencies and cross-team coordinationStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExperience with multi-cloud infrastructure and cost optimizationFederal compliance and change management expertiseAbility to influence without authority across distributed teams
