Job Title: Salesforce Health Cloud Developer - Senior Job ID: 85474 Location: USA - Remote (Must reside in approved states) Overview: Our client is partnering with a healthcare-focused organization to hire a Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. This role plays a critical part in driving system architecture, integrations, and business process optimization within a complex healthcare and government-regulated environment. This position is fully remote, provided the candidate resides in one of the approved states listed above, and offers the opportunity to work on highly visible, mission-critical platforms. What you will be doing:Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutionsDrive application customizations, integrations, and enhancements using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and cross-functional teams on architecture, workflows, and system designAnalyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutionsDesign and implement UI components and workflows aligned to business needsOwn complex coding assignments and participate in senior-level code reviewsServe as a technical and functional mentor to entry-level and mid-level developersProvide escalation support for complex system issues and production incidentsDevelop and execute system and program test plans; analyze results and implement fixesMaintain detailed technical documentation, system design artifacts, and change control recordsParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, user stories, and retrospectivesSupport DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and on-call rotations as required What you must have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of general application development and support experience3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience3+ years of experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD practicesStrong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, JavaScriptExperience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIsExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment (Jira or similar tools)Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholdersU.S. CitizenshipAbility to obtain a favorable DoD background investigation Key Skills & Competencies Advanced Salesforce application architecture and developmentHealthcare data workflows and system integrationTechnical leadership and mentorshipProblem-solving and solution designStrong organizational and documentation skillsAbility to thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments Nice to have:7+ years of application development experience4+ years of Salesforce Health Cloud experienceSalesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Developer I or II)Experience with Aura Framework, OmniScript, Einstein AnalyticsExperience supporting healthcare systems or government contract environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Salary/Rate Range: $117,000 - $123,000 Geo Differential Salary: $129,000 - $135,000 based on location Other Information: Work Environment Fully remote (approved states only)Occasional evening or weekend work for deployments and escalationsMinimal travel Benefits Competitive benefits packageOpportunity to lead high-impact healthcare technology initiatives Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
