Job SummaryThe B2B / VAS Supervisor oversees all business‑to‑business (B2B) fulfillment operations and value‑added services (VAS) production activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and on‑time B2B shipments while managing VAS workflows such as kitting, labeling, bundling, assembly, rework, and special projects. The Supervisor partners closely with internal teams to align production schedules, meet customer requirements, control costs, and maintain quality standards.B2B Fulfillment OversightSupervise day‑to‑day B2B order processing, shipping, and fulfillment operationsEnsure compliance with customer routing guides, labeling requirements, pallet standards, and documentationCoordinate LTL and FTL freight shipments and work with carriers to meet delivery timelinesVAS / Production ManagementOversee all value‑added services (VAS) and production workflows, including kitting, labeling, bundling, assembly, rework, and special projectsPlan labor, timelines, and resources for production and VAS initiativesEnsure quality standards and client specifications are consistently metQualifications3+ years of experience in B2B/wholesale fulfillment, VAS, production, or light assemblyStrong knowledge of retailer routing guides, pallet standards, and compliance requirementsExperience coordinating LTL/FTL freightBackground in a warehouse or 3PL environment preferred
