Packaging Specialist

Packaging SpecialistInspect and ensure product quality by removing finished products directly from in-line thermoforming machines as they are produced. Inspect parts for quality standards including thickness, trim quality, holes, color consistency, and overall appearance. Identify and communicate quality issues or equipment concerns to machine operators promptly.Package and prepare customer orders by packing finished parts into boxes according to customer specifications. Ensure correct quantities before packaging and maintain accurate documentation. Tape, label, and palletize finished boxes for shipment. Follow packaging instructions and customer requirements with accuracy and consistency.Support production flow by communicating issues such as defective parts, labeling errors, or equipment malfunctions. Work closely with machine operators to maintain smooth production flow. Maintain required job records and documentation.Maintain a safe and organized work area by keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times. Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented production environment.Enjoy a reliable MondayFriday schedule with no weekends or holidays. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to communicate clearly with team members and operators. Ability to complete required documentation accurately. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently when needed. Previous manufacturing or production experience. Experience in packaging, inspection, or quality-related roles. Forklift certification or ability to become forklift certified.Ability to stand 75% of the shift (67 hours per day). Ability to bend, twist, squat, and climb stairs frequently throughout the day. Ability to lift boxes weighing 1040 lbs (up to 20 times per hour). Ability to reach frequently (3040 times per minute). Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with temperature variations. Ability to wear required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety-toed footwear).This position is performed in a manufacturing environment where exposure to temperature changes, machinery, and continuous production flow is common.
