Job Description- TKO Payroll Specialist The Role and What You’ll Do: To assist in reviewing and processing Employee Payroll both Domestically & Internationally for all TKO Entities. To work as a team player on projects and implementing efficiencies across companies.Review and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payrolls (/bi-weekly/semimonthly/monthly)Work with offshore team in managing various payroll tasksProcess International PayrollsAssist in special requests and projectsProcess bonus and equity transactions through payrollCollaborate with the business to ensure timeliness of timecard submission and answer any timecards inquiresMaintain interface from Workday to ADPKeep ADP up to date with new hires, terminations, and changes Prepare payroll reports for management and auditorsPartner with ADP to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulationsRespond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll discrepanciesCollaborate with various departments to ensure payroll is accurateMaintain SOX payroll controls through reconciliations, approvals, documentation and audit support. You Have These:MUST HAVE 3-5 years’ experience in payrollMUST HAVE experience with ADP (Workforce Now)Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyAbility to identify and resolve payroll issues Basic knowledge of local and federal labor laws and regulations related to payrollInternational payroll experienceStrong communication skills, both written and verbalStrong ability to analyze data and identify discrepanciesProficient in Excel
