The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer experiences, and uphold high operational standards. Responsibilities include managing inventory and supply orders, implementing sales strategies, maintaining health and safety protocols, training and leading team members, and managing scheduling. The role also involves ensuring the restaurant meets its financial goals through effective cost control and team performance management.QualificationsLeadership and team management skills, including the ability to inspire, train, and supervise employees.Strong organizational skills, such as managing schedules, handling inventory, and maintaining restaurant efficiency.Customer service expertise and the ability to enhance guest experiences while resolving customer concerns effectively.Knowledge of health, safety, and food handling protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.Basic financial acumen, including understanding budgets, cost control, and revenue optimization.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers effectively.Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role in food service is strongly preferred.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
