Regional Training Manager
Position Summary:The Regional Training Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs across multiple restaurant locations within an assigned region. This role ensures consistent execution of operational standards by building the capabilities of managers and crew, supporting new store openings, and driving performance through effective training and development.Key Responsibilities:Training & Program DevelopmentImplement and maintain training programs for all restaurant roles, including hourly employees, Shift Leaders, and ManagersEnsure training materials align with company standards, operational procedures, and brand expectationsEvaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on performance metrics and feedbackField Training & ExecutionConduct in-store training sessions, workshops, and hands-on coaching across assigned locationsSupport new store openings, remodels, and re-training initiativesEnsure consistent onboarding and orientation processes for all new hiresLeadership DevelopmentPartner with District Managers to identify development needs and create targeted training plansCoach General Managers and leadership teams on training execution and team developmentSupport succession planning by preparing high-potential employees for advancementPerformance & AccountabilityMonitor training completion, compliance, and skill proficiency across all locationsTrack key performance indicators (operations, guest experience, and training metrics) to measure impactIdentify gaps in execution and implement corrective training plansCompliance & Standards* Ensure all training programs meet company policies and applicable regulatory requirements (food safety, workplace safety, harassment prevention, etc.)* Maintain accurate training records and documentationQualifications3-5+ years of restaurant operations or training experience, preferably in a multi-unit environmentStrong understanding of restaurant systems, procedures, and performance metricsExperience delivering training programsPrior leadership or management experience preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong facilitation and presentation skillsAbility to coach and develop individuals at all levelsOrganized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt training approaches based on audience and business needsWork Environment & RequirementsFrequent travel between restaurant locationsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as neededAbility to work in restaurant environments for extended periods
