We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Industrial Painter to join our dynamic team . In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in industrial painting processes, applying coatings and finishes to various surfaces while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment and contribute to impactful projects.ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing surfaces for painting by removing old coatings, cleaning, and applying primers as needed.Learn and apply various painting techniques using spray guns, brushes, and rollers under the supervision of experienced painters.Mix and match paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and finishes, following established guidelines.Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment at all times.Participate in quality control inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards.Brush and rollRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Strong interest in the painting and coatings industry.Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment.Basic understanding of safety protocols related to painting and industrial work.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in a construction or manufacturing environment is a plus.Familiarity with various painting tools and techniques.Willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and processes.Technical Skills and Relevant TechnologiesBasic knowledge of paint types, coatings, and application methods.Understanding of surface preparation techniques.Familiarity with safety equipment and personal protective gear.Soft Skills and Cultural FitStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.Good communication skills and a willingness to ask questions and seek guidance.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
