Job SummaryThe Pack Out / Kitting Associate performs basic assembly, kitting, and packing tasks to prepare customer orders for shipment. This role involves routine, hands-on production work that requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to stay focused throughout the shift. This is an entry-level position in a production environment. Work is self-paced and requires a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Assemble, kit, and pack items according to work instructions • Pull materials (prints, hardware, components) needed to complete each order • Count, sort, and organize items to ensure correct quantities • Pack finished products neatly and securely based on order requirements • Perform routine, process-driven tasks such as folding, bundling, labeling, and boxing • Check work for accuracy, including quantity, size, and visible defects • Follow written and verbal instructions with minimal direction • Manage time and workload independently to maintain steady output • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe • Identify and communicate issues (missing items, damaged materials, unclear instructions) • Assist with staging and preparing orders for shipment as needed Work Environment & Expectations• Routine, consistent production work for extended periods • Standing, moving, and using hands throughout the shift • Production environment with daily output expectations • Work is not on a conveyor system - employees are expected to self-manage pace and stay productive without constant oversight • Requires focus, reliability, and ability to stay engaged in process-driven work What Success Looks Like• Works independently with little direction • Maintains consistent productivity and quality • Demonstrates strong attention to detail • Reliable, accountable, and self-motivated • Works well with others and contributes to a positive team environment Requirements Basic Qualifications• No prior experience required (production, warehouse, or assembly experience is a plus) • Ability to work independently and stay on task • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with others • Positive attitude and appropriate workplace behavior • Regular and reliable attendance is required • Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends • Ability to follow instructions and complete routine, process-driven work • Basic counting and organization skills • Ability to stand and perform physical tasks throughout the shift • No prior experience required (production, warehouse, or assembly experience is a plus) • Ability to work independently and stay on task • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with others • Positive attitude and appropriate workplace behavior • Regular and reliable attendance is required • Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends • Ability to follow instructions and complete routine, process-driven work • Basic counting and organization skills • Ability to stand and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Compensation:The base compensation range for this full-time position is $14.00 - $22.00 per hour plus benefits. Compensation ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
