Click here to learn more about Gray Residential!What You'll DoLead Operations & PerformanceOversee all daily property operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and complianceDrive occupancy, revenue, and NOI through strong financial management and leasing oversightMonitor budgets, expenses, and performance trends, turning insights into actionEnsure property systems, reporting, and processes are accurate and up to dateDevelop & Lead Your TeamHire, coach, and develop a high-performing team aligned with company valuesFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional serviceEnsure all team members complete required training and continue to grow professionallyProvide clear direction, feedback, and support to achieve property goalsDeliver Exceptional Resident ExperiencesChampion a customer-first culture that enhances satisfaction and retentionServe as the escalation point for resident concerns, ensuring thoughtful and timely resolutionOversee move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and communication to create a seamless experienceMaintain a strong community presence that is visible, approachable, and engagedDrive Financial Health & ComplianceManage rent collections, delinquency, and eviction processes in accordance with regulationsEnsure compliance with Fair Housing, local laws, and company policiesOversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service deliveryMaintain organized, accurate documentation for audits, safety, and reportingMaintain Community StandardsEnsure excellent curb appeal and overall community presentationPartner with maintenance to oversee turns, capital projects, and preventative upkeepConduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve issues proactivelyWhat You Bring3+ years of experience in property management (multifamily preferred)1+ year of leadership experience in a Property Manager or similar roleStrong financial acumen, including budgeting and expense managementProven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and deliver resultsKnowledge of Fair Housing and property management regulationsExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsExperience with property management software (OneSite preferred)A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating positive experiencesWhy This Role MattersThis role is at the heart of the community's success.
