We are looking for a strong leader who can oversee daily operations, manage employees, and help keep production and shipping running efficiently.Job Duties Supervise daily loading dock operationsOversee incoming and outgoing shipmentsCoordinate loading/unloading of trucks and railcarsLead and manage dock employees throughout daily operationsEnsure productivity, safety, and workflow expectations are metVerify shipping paperwork, inventory, and load accuracyCommunicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and managementMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSkills and Experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience requiredExperience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, loading dock, or industrial operations preferredStrong leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple employees and daily operationsForklift experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced industrial environmentSafety-focused, dependable, and detail-orientedAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors as neededSchedule & Pay Full-time positionStarting pay is $14–$15/hr based on experienceOpportunity for growth up to $19/hrOvertime may be availableWhy Join the Team?
