Leadenhall Search & Selection are supporting a specialist strategy and analytics consultancy in their search for a Consultant to join their growing team.This individual will play a key role in delivering client engagements, taking ownership of core analytical workstreams while maintaining regular interaction with client stakeholders.Core responsibilities include:Driving structured problem-solving by breaking down complex business challenges and developing clear analytical frameworksSynthesising data into meaningful insights and presenting recommendations to clients, supporting decision-making and implementationConducting in-depth research and analysis using both qualitative and quantitative approachesManaging relationships with client stakeholders and contributing to ongoing engagement deliveryCollaborating with internal teams to develop clear, commercially relevant outputsSupporting and mentoring junior team members where requiredBuilding sector knowledge and contributing to internal best practices and knowledge sharingRequirements:Bachelor’s degree with 4–7 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, analytics, or a related fieldStrong experience in areas such as market analysis, strategic problem-solving, or data-driven decision-making, ideally within technology, media, or telecoms environmentsExcellent academic background, ideally with a quantitative focusClear interest in data-led strategy work and solving complex business challengesUnfortunately, this role does not offer sponsorship.
