The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, ensuring systems operate efficiently, and adhering to safety protocols. Additional duties may include conducting routine inspections and recommending improvements to enhance performance and energy efficiency. Qualifications Technical proficiency in HVAC system installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenanceUnderstanding of airflow, refrigeration systems, and electrical components related to HVAC equipmentProficiency in using tools and diagnostic equipment commonly needed for HVAC workKnowledge of safety and compliance standards in the HVAC industryExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsStrong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers and team membersPrevious experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar role is highly preferredE.P.A. certification (or ability to obtain certification) is a plusValid driver’s license with a clean driving record
