From hiking and skiing to local dining and live music, Missoula is an ideal place to practice and enjoy life outside the office.Responsibilities:ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, plan, and provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment for pediatric and adolescent patients (and adults as appropriate)Utilize fixed and removable appliances, clear aligner therapy, and interceptive orthodonticsCollaborate closely with pediatric dentists to coordinate patient care and treatment planningEducate patients and families on treatment options, timelines, and oral health best practicesMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationAdhere to all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standardsQualifications:Requirements & QualificationsDDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental schoolCompletion of an ADA-accredited orthodontic residency programBoard Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Orthodontics (preferred)Active or eligible for Montana dental licensureStrong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skillsExperience working with pediatric patients is strongly preferredCommitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
