Plus, with overtime available, you’ll have the chance to boost your income while building a meaningful career with us.Qualifications And/or ExperiencePLC certification required1+ year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing settingStrong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skillsFamiliar with maintenance work order systems and technical drawingsProficient with hand/power tools, meters, and material handling equipmentWelding and machining experience a plusResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled and emergency maintenance on production and utility equipment.Troubleshoot PLCs and AC/DC drive systems.Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documents.Complete preventive maintenance checks and document work in CMMS.Support line systems (lubrication, resin delivery, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.Communicate equipment issues to maintenance and production teams.Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow sanitation protocols.Track and report parts usage and inventory levels.Follow all safety and compliance standards (OSHA, MSS, SOPs).Perform other duties as needed.EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent (GED) requiredAssociate’s or Technical School Degree in Mechanics, Electrical, Computer Science preferredCompensationThe listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Pregis’ total compensation package. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $33-42/hour.Compensation details listed in US job postings reflect base salary only and do not include benefits.
